Estimated cost range is between $1,000,000.00 and $5,000,000.00. Solicitation will be issued on 20 Aug. 96 with a date for receipt of proposals on 20 Sept. 96. The proposed contract listed is an 8 (a) set-aside and limited to qualifying 8 (a) fims in the following districts: Baltimore, Clarksburg, King of Prussia, Pittsburgh, Richmond and Washington.
