The contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment and services necessary for the selective demolition and construction of a new postal store, toilets, interior remodel, exterior remodel, partial reroof and site reconstruction. Included in this project are all necessary civil, mechanical, plumbing electrical and remodeling work necessary to renovate the existing 16,222 square foot postal station into a complete and usable facility. The project will be bid a single sum contract. Site access and construction areas will be limited. Extensive construction coordination and sequencing are required to ensure full time operation of the existing facility. Estimated range is $1,000,000 to $1,250,000. There is a one-time, pay-in advance, non-refundable charge of $50.00 for each copy of the solicitation requested.
