Description of Project: The work to be performed will include all labor, materials, equipment and incidentals necessary and required for the Repair Vehicle Maintenance Envelope, Bldg 780 which consists of, but no limited to demolition, cold formed metal framing carpentry, architectural woodwork, insulation, manufactured wall panels and miscellaneous sheet metal work, aluminum windows, glazing and painting. All work involved with this project shall be accomplished in conformance with the requirements specified, and with related requirements covered by the specifications. Invitation for Bids will be issued on or about 12 Aug 96. Bid Opening will be on or about 11 Sep 96. Performance period is 90 calendar days. The acquisition is open competition for large and small business in accordance with the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program. Only written request for the solicitation will be considered. All responsible sources may submit an offer which shall be considered by the agency.
