The Army requires a contract to paint and miscellaneous repairs to Family Housing Areas 13, 14, 15, 16, and 17, Fort Stewart, Georgia. The work includes, but is not necessarily restricted to: (1) remove and replace deteriorated wood, (2) remove and replace hardboard siding, (3) remove and replace flashing, (4) clean and paint all previously painted exterior surfaces, (5) seal all brick surfaces on all buildings, and (6) paint mailbox stands and bus shelters. Performance shall be completed within 180 calendar days after receipt of notice to proceed. The magnitude of this project is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000. The SIC for this project is 1721. All responsible business concerns may submit a bid which will be considered. There is a non-refundable fee of $25.00 for this solicitation.
