The Army requires a contract to Interconnect Smoke Detectors, Family Housing Areas 6, 8, 9, 11, 12, 14, 15, 16 and 17, Fort Stewart, Georgia. The work includes, but is not necessarily restricted to: Demolition of existing smoke detectors, installation of new smoke detectors and tandem writing. Performance shall be completed within 180 calendar days after receipt of notice to proceed. The magnitude of this project is between $250,000 and $500,000. The SIC for this project is 1731. All responsible business concerns may submit a bid which will be considered. There is a non-refundable fee of $25.00 for this solicitation.
