The Army requires a contract to replace built-up roofs with shingles, Fort Stewart, Georgia. The work includes, but is not necessarily restricted to: (1) remove built-up roofing to an adequate substrate, (2) install two layers of felt and shingles, (3) replace deteriorated fascia, sheathing and framing. Performance shall be completed within 90 calendar days after receipt of notice to proceed. The magnitude of this project is between $250,000 and $500,000. The SIC for this project is 1761. All responsible business concerns may submit a bid which will be considered. There is a non-refundable fee of $25.00 for this solicitation.
