Work includes but not limited to removing existing roof down to concrete deck surface; clean, patch and seal cracks and voids; install new insulation, flashing, asphalt, fiberglass, flood coat and roof drain work. Construction cost range $25,000 to $100,000. Completion time 90 calendar days. Ninety calendar day proposal acceptance period required, award is subject to availability of funds. Proposal documents will be made available not earlier than 8-23-96 and must be requested in writing.
