This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation No. 5114-6-3032 is being issued as a Request for Quotation. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 90-38. This solicitation is unrestricted. CLIN 0001 Forberg Model F-60XE Fluidizing Mixer or equal, 1 Each; CLIN 0002 Shipping, Handling, 1 Each. Customer will provide dimensional information regarding proposed equipment locations after order has been placed. Drawings to be submitted to customer within 4 weeks for approval. Delivery to be within 14 weeks after receipt of approved drawings.
