This is a combined synopsis-solicitation request. Minimum Magnetic Inspection Unit specifications include: A) Capacity - Minumum part length shall be 85 inches; B) Machine shall have an output of 6000 amps FW/HWDC and 5000 amps AC; C) Machine shall have a mulit-directional power supply - three phases; contacts, coils and an auxiliary coil or booster coil; D) Machine shall have a footswitch operated, pneumatic or equivalent head stock; E) Machine shall have a motorized tailstock and shall have an adjustable tailstock with crank; F) Machine shall have a minimum 15 gallon tank fluid capacity; G) Input voltage shall be 208 volts, 3 phase, 60 Hz; H) Machine shall have a 20'' minimum diameter coil; I) Illuminated control panel is required; J) Tank shall be manufactured from stainless steel; K) Grilles front and rear shall be made of hardwood; L) Machine shall be supplied with a bath agitating pump; M) Machine shall be manufactured with modular solid state circuitry; N) Machine shall have 3 minimum, infinitely variable, self regulating controls; O) Machine shall be furnished with 1 blacklight; P) Three digital type ammeters shall also be provided.
