(903) 334-2218 (Site Code DAAC79) Contractor shall furnish all equipment, containment, preparation and trained personnel necessary to conduct a chemical stabilization/fixation process on blasting media, power wash waste, contaminated absorbent, contaminated soil, chemical vat waste, steam bay sludge and sewage plant sludge. The process is to be performed on site with portable and/or mobile equipment and must be an approved method under EPA and/or the state of Texas regulations/laws that demonstrates Best Demonstrated Available Technology (BDAT) under the Land Ban Restriction of RCRA (LDR) for Characteristic Waste. Waste is contaminated with Cadmium, D006; Chromium, D007; Lead D008; and Total Petroleum Hydrocarbons (THP). The base period of performance is 12 months with 4-twelve month option periods.
