Readjustment counseling for purpose of this contract is counseling provided by social workers, psychologist, psychiatrists, or other counselors, individually or in groups, specifically directed at social, psychological, or behavioral problems which bear a distinct relationship to the process of readjustment to military duty during the Vietnam and Gulf era to civilian life. Contract will be for one base year with options to extend for two 1-year periods. Solicitation package will be available o/a 8/16/96 and will close o/a 9/16/96. All requests must be in writing.
