The Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA) intends to issue a Basic Ordering Agreement N00024-97-G-5203 to Lockheed Martin Tactical Systems Inc. (LM), P.O. Box 64525, St. Paul, MN 55164-0525. Orders will be issued for material and services for the overhaul and refurbishment of the AN/UYK-43(V), AN/UYK-44(V), AN/USQ-69(V)/69B, AN/USQ-70, OL-267(V), RD-358, OJ-172, OA-7984, AN/USQ-20(V), AN/USQ-29(V), RD-270/271/294, OJ-212, CP-789, CP-808/848/855, AN/USH-19(V), AN/USH-20(V), SB-2495(V), SA-1722, SA-1816, OU-95, AN/UYK-5(V), AN/UGC-13 and other related equipment, including their sub-assemblies and components. Orders will be issued pursuant to 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1). LM is currently the only manufacturer (sole producer) with the design and production knowledge to provide the required effort. No other source has the technical qualifications and the necessary resources to perform the work described herein, nor will any other supplies or services satisfy the Navy's requirements.
