The U.S. Department of Housing & Urban Development has a requirement for Closing Agent services covering three areas in the Tulsa, OK jurisdiction. This is a sealed bid procurement with the Government having the unilateral option to extend the base period sevice for two consecutive periods on a year-to-year basis. The acquisition is being offered as a total Small Business set aside. Anticipated award date is September 30, 1996.
