The Internal Revenue Service (IRS) has a requirement to gather, analyze, and process bond information into reproducible tables for inclusion in Publication 1212. The Contractors must be able to maintain and update the Original Issue Discount (OID) database, make OID calculations, produce the nine tables using three formats, and to provide written and telephone assistance to the general public regarding OID computations. The Service anticipates the award of a Firm-fixed Price contract for one (1) year, with four (4) one (1) year options.
