AFSOC is soliciting information from public and private sector organizations to support the operational test and evaluation (OT&E) of the Special Operation Forces Planning and Rehersal System (SOFPARS), a UNIX-based and Windows PC-based mission planning system used by all SOF aviation units. Firms should have capability to develop test plans, execute test plans, perform data reduction and analysis, and complete final test reports. Experience with other flight planning and mission planning software is important but special experience with SOFPARS system is required. Experience with navigation systems of SOF C-130H/U, MC-130E/H/P is required; experience with MH-53J and MH-60G is desireable. Firms must offer employees with a minimum Secret security clearance. Responses to this market survey/RFI should provide technical capability with special emphasis on experience with the SOFPARS. Firms responding to this request should indicate whether or not they are a small or small disadvantaged business concern as defined in FAR 52.210-1 and 52.219-2.
