The work includes construction of a grated trench drain approximately 394 feet long. Construction of a 12'' reinforced concrete drainage pipe approximately 153 feet long. Cold milling of asphalt concrete pavement 2.0 inches deep and replacing it with an asphalt concrete overlay striping of street at the Anti-Submarine Warfare Training Center, San Diego, California. The contract price is estimated to be between $25,000 and $50,000. A Firm Fixed Price Contract is anticipated. Bids will be solicitated for the proposed contract on an unrestricted basis. The small business size standard is 1611 and the annual size standard is $17.0 million. The contract duration period is 90 calendar days from commencement of work.
