The contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment, appliances, devices and materials and perform all operations necessary in connection with ''L'' labs renovation (Rooms W123 thru W128 and other spaces) including removals and miscellaneous work as herein specified and as shown, indicated, or noted on the drawings.
