The work includes demolition ofexisting steam and chilled water coils, downstream plenum and inlet transition ductwork, installing new coils, all necessar piping to accommodate new configuration, insulation, testing steam and chilled water coils and associated piping for leaks, cleaning ductwork and incidental related work. A firm fixed price contract is anticipated. The requirement is estimated to be between $25,000 and $100,000. The small business size standard applicable to this contract is 1711 and the annual size standard is $7.0 million. Contract duration period is approximately 180 calendar days.
