Kennison, 617-232-9500 (5538) Contractor shall furnish all labor, tools, supervision and materials and work for Project M96-1 to renovate the Cystoscopy Unit of Operating Room Number 12 to receive Government provided radiology equipment at the VA Medical Center/OPC, 150 South Huntington Avenue, Boston, Massachusetts 02130 in accordance with contract documents. Cost range is between $25,000 and $100,000. Contract period is 150 calendar days with construction period to be sixty calendar days only. Contract award is subject to Availability of Funds. A 90 day bid acceptance period is applicable to this solicitation. Requests for bid documents must be in writing to the Contracting Officer (90C) with a $50.00 refundable deposit in the form of a check or money order made payable to the VA Medical Center/OPC. Solicitation documents are limited to 25 copies and will be issued to the first 25 contractors requesting the plans and specifications with the accompanying deposit. No telephone or fax requests will be accepted. Copies are in various plan rooms. SIC 1542 applies to this solicitation and all responsible bidders are encouraged to submit an offer.
