Work to be performed includes but is not limited to CCTV, telephone, cable television, electric lock system, magnetic lock system, lighting/lighting control, receptacles, panelboards, wiring, conduit and devices, boiler and piping replacement and exhaust fan replacement. The estimated price range is between $500,000.00 nd $1,000,000.00. This project is subject to the availability of funds. This procurement is unrestricted; all responsible sources may submit a bid. Plans and specifictions will be available on or about 26 August 1996. A limited number of bid packages will be available and issued on a first-come, first-serve basis.
