Z -- ROOFING PROJECT SOL 598-57-96 DUE 092596 POC Djuna Roberts, Contracting Officer, 501-370-6671 This project consists of providing all necessary labor, material, equipment and supervision required to perform necessary roof repairs/replacement for five buildings at the North Little Rock campus. Work involves approximately 400 squares of asphalt shingle replacement and 325 squares of built-up roofing replacement work. An additional 150 squares of specialty shingle ply roofing installation will be required at eight penthouse air handler mechanical rooms. Magnitude of construction is between $100,000 and $250,000. This is acquisition is unrestricted however, all small and small disadvantaged businesses are highly encouraged to participate.
