Lot I is for dry, oil=free liquid nitrogen in accordance with FED SPEC BBN-411C of 3 Jan 1973, Type II, Class I, Grade A or B, mercury free, oxygen clean, 99.5% pure. FSN is 6830-HZ-000-4774. Estimated quantity is 171,412 gal. Lease of tanks: (a) 600 gal portable, qty 7 each; (b) 1000 gal stationary, qty 3 ea; (c) 1500 gal, qty 1 ea; (d) 3000 gal, qty 1 ea; (e) 10,000 gal stationary, qty 2 ea. Mercury Free Certification to be provided with each delivery. Lot II is for Liquid Nitrogen IAW FED-SPEC BB-N-411C, Type 2, Grade A, 99.5% pure, Class I, oil free. To be delivered in contractor owned 160 liter cylinders at an average of 5 cylinders per week or 260 cylinders annually. Applicable to Lot I and Lot II - Period of performance is from 1 Sep 96 or date of award, whichever is latest, through 1 year there after. Delivery to Puget Sound Naval Shipyard, Bremerton, WA 98314-5000 in response to a Delivery Order. Notes 9 and 26 apply.
