NOTE: The harnesses and IOA's shall be delivered ready for installation and functionally integrated to perform Naval Tactical Data System (NTDS) interface operation as designed (Mil Std 1379) and designed by make/part number identification. Delivery shall be made to the Dahlgren Division, Naval Surface Warfare Center, Dahlgren, Virginia. Delivery shall be made within 180 days from date of award. The specific make and model equipment identified above are required in order to meet compatibility requirements. Solicitation N00178-96-R-4042 will be issued on or about 23 August 1996. The solicitation will close 30 days after issuance.
