Zalimas, (703) 767-1190 DLA administrative support Center has a requirement to acquire FIP software support services from rjo Enterprises, Inc., the incumbent contractor, and intends to negotiate and award to rjo Enterprises, Inc., on a sole source basis. This procurement is to provide required software development support to enhance the existing corporate workforce and management reports system by modifying existing modules, enhance administrative functions, perform Operations support, provide updatesand maintenance to system documentation, and adding new application modules. Response must contain sufficient technical and pricing information to enable evaluation of the services support capability tomeet the requirements of the agency. Response will be evaluated as to meeting the requirement at the most favorable terms to the government, considering the lowest overall COST alternative, not necessarily at the lowest price.
