The order is being placed on an other than full and open competitive basis pursuant to FAR 6.302-1, '' Only One Responsible Source'', since Intermec Corporation is the only provider of required equipment. All responsible sources may submit concise documents as to their ability to supply the required equipment as well as financial information which shall be considered equally by FISCNORVA Detachment Philadelphia. If no affirmative written responses advantageous to the Navy are received with fifteen (15) days after publication of this notice, a delivery order will be issued to Intermec Corporation under GSA schedule GS-35F-3168D. No contract award will be made on the basis of information received in response to this notice. Further, the Navy will not pay for information provided.
