84 -- COLD WEATHER CANTEENS SOL w13g07-6131-2046 POC Contract Specialist ROBERT HOXIE (508) 233-4125 (Site Code DAAK60) The U.S. Army Soldier Systems Command, Natick Research, Development and Engineering Center intends to procure a Cold Weather Canteen (CWC) System complete with a kidney shaped canteen body, a chemical-biological protective cap, a cap adapter and a cap strap in accordance with a Performance Specification for Cold Weather Canteen, dated 1 August 1996. The requirement includes tooling, engineering, materials and a report summarizing manufacturing methods, materials, parts list and a final configuration of the cold weather canteen (Line Item 0001), a quantity of 50 each cold weather canteens (Line Item 0002) and an option to procure an additional 10,463 cold weather canteens (Line Item 0003). Performance period is ten months. Delivery is F.O.B. Destination.
