order to Grumman Aerospace Corporation under Basic Ordering Agreement
N00019-94-G-0001 for Engineering Services for the Ballistic Missile
Defense Office's Airborne Sensor Technology Program (ASTP) for the E-2C
Aircraft. As the designer, developer and sole source contractor for the
E-2C Aircraft, Grumman Aerospace is the only firm with access to the
requisite technical capability, skills and knowledge to accomplish this
program specific tasking within the timeframe required by the
