FISC Norfolk Det Philadelphia intends to procure educational social, human and support services and material associated with the 3-month operation of the Navy Family Services Center, Pascagoula, Mississippi. Zeiders Enterprises, Inc. is the only source capable of meeting the Government's requirement, as they are the incumbent and have provided the required services inclusive as of September 1992. A firm fixed price contract with Zeiders Enterprises, Inc. will be awarded. Following contract award, services are required to commence 1 Oct 96 and continue through 31 Dec 96. The applicable SIC for this procurement action is 8322. See Note 22. All responsible sources may submit concise documentation as to their ability to supply the required services as well as financial and technical information which shall be considered by FISC Norfolk Det Philadelphia. If no affirmative written responses advantageous to the Navy are received within fifteen (15) calendar days after publication of this notice, a request for quotation will be issued to Zeiders Enterprises, Inc. of Woodbridge, Virginia. Note, no contract award will be made on the basis of information received to this notice. Further, the Navy will not pay for any information provided.
