Modification of forty-eight (48) TADS Electronics Units compatible with the AH-64A and AH-64D Longbow Apache Helicopter, modification of forty-eight (48) Control Panel Assemblies Compatible with the AH-64A and AH-64D Longbow Apache Helicopter, modification of forty-eight (48) TADS ORTs Optical Relay Tube Unites compatible with AH-64D Longbow Apache Helicopter, and forty-eight (48) new pair of ORT Handgrips compatible with the AH-64D Longbow Apache Helicopter. ATCOM is also interested in exercising options to modify the remaining ninety-five Diagnostic Troubleshooting Aid (DTA) with the changes necessary to be compatible with the AH-64A and AH-64D; to acquire new hardware for the remaining twenty-four(24) Test Program Set C/N 84; to acquire eight Handgrip Testers, and to modify eight (8) aircraft simulators. The Government intends to enter into a sole source contract with Lockheed Martin Electronics and Missiles, 5600 Sand Lake Road (MP-228). Orlando, FL 32819-8907, under the authroity of 10 USC 2304(c)(1) or FAR 6.302-1, Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements.
