The Fleet and Industrial Supply Center (FISC) Norfolk Detachment Philadelphia intends to procure through full and open competition Psychology Service for the Naval Medical Clinic in Port Hueneme, CA. The contractor will be required to provide psychology services that include evaluations, treatments, reporting in the Specialty Clinic and emergency consultation and treatment during contracted hours. The performance period will consist of a nine month base period with four, twelve month option periods and one, three month option period. It is anticipated the services during the base period will commence by January 1, 1997 and continue until September 30, 1997. A firm-fixed price service contract is contemplated.
