NTIS and the National Audiovisual Center (NAC) assist Federal agencies who wish to produce products for educational, training and information purposes, from concept, through the developmental stages to finished products. NTIS/NAC provide design services from the conceptual ideas of the customers, to actually producing the mastering materials required to go into actual production of the product. Examples of these materials are camera-ready artwork, electronic files, negative and positive films, mock samples, etc. Services to be provided by the contractor include development, design, and production of pre-mastering materials such as those items mentioned above. These materials will be used for video, CD-Video, audiocassette and slide labeling and packaging, printed materials, binder, slipcase and other custom packaging. A full Statement of Work will be included with the solicitation. It is our intent to make multiple awards of Basic Ordering Agreements (BOA). Period of performance under the BOA will be five years, subject to annual review. Competitive RFQs/RFPs for specific work assignments will be issued to all holders of the BOA, and individual awards for each order under the BOA will be based on past performance under price competition among BOA holders. Delivery schedules will be specified on individual Task Orders and may be from five (5) up to sixty (60) workdays, depending on the complexity of the requirement. Firm-fixed price orders, with estimated values ranging from $2,500.00 to $50,000.00 will be issued during the life of the BOA. The applicable SIC code is 7812, with a size standard of $21.5M.
