NTIS and the National Audiovisual Center (NAC) assist Federal agencies who wish to produce products for educational, training and information purposes, on video, CD-Video, audocassette and slide programs. Services the contractor shall provide include development, design, pre-mastering, editing, conversion, mastering and duplication of video, MPEG encoding for CD-Video, audicassettes, slide programs, printed materials, and custom packaging as well as the distribution of the finished product. A full Statement of Work will be included with the solicitation. It is our intent to make multiple awards of Basic Ordering Agreements (BOA). Period of performance under the BOA will be five years, subject to annual review. Competitive RFQs/RFPs for specific work assignments will be issued to all holders of the BOA, and individual awards for each order under the BOA will be based on past performance under price competition among BOA holders. Delivery schedules will be specified on individual Task Orders and may be from one (1) up to sixty (60) workdays, depending on the complexity of the requirement. Firm-fixed price orders, with estimated values ranging from $2,500.00 to $350,000.00 will be issued during the life of the BOA. The applicable SIC code is 7812, with a size standard of $21.5M.
