NTIS and the National Audiovisual Center (NAC) assist Federal agencies who wish to distribute products for educational, training and information purposes, on video, CD-Video, audiocassette and slide programs. Services the contractor shall provide include pre-mastering, editing, conversion, mastering and duplication of video, MPEG encoding for CD-Video, audiocasettes, slide programs, printed materials, and standard and custom packaging as well as the distribution of the finished product. A full Statement of Work will be included with the solicitation. It is our intent to make multiple awards of Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity type contracts. Period of performance will be a 12-month Base Period, beginning on date of award, with four 12-month options. Delivery requirements will be specified on individual Task Orders.
