Contractor is to provide all services, equipment, materials, supplies, labor, and support for approximately two hundred and thirty-two (232) pager units. Service is to be continuous, twenty-four (24) hours per day, seven (7) days per week, including holidays. The coverage areas are throughout the State of Tennessee, to include specific coverage in Chattanooga Tn, Dyersburg Tn, Knoxville Tn, Nashville and the Tri-cities Tn (Bristol, Johnson City and Kingsport Tn). Also included is regional area coverage requirements to include Tennessee with group call activation. Pager units to be provided will be equal in its features to the Nec Exec and the Nec Index pagers to enable users to leave/access alphanumeric or numeric-only messages. To expedite exchanges, 3% spare units must be maintained on TNARNG (Tennessee Army National Guard) premises at no charge. The service period will be from 1 October 1996 through 30 September 1997. Subject to the availability of FY97 appropriations. This is a 100% small business set-aside. The proposals will be due on or around 15 September 96.
