Furnish all labor, supervision, supplies, and materials to perform all work required to construct a new 40 feet wide by 60 feet long by 17 feet high maintenance building on the grounds of the United States Department of Labor's Mine Safety and Health Administration in the Dallas Pike Industrial Park, Industrial Park Boulevard, Triadelphia, West Virginia. The proposed new construction includes furnishing and installing a garage-type building with some small offices on a developed site. The contractor is responsible for furnishing and installing electrical power, lighting, heating, plumbing, and an electric-powered overhead door with an exterior bonnet for the garage area and H.V.A.C., and other normal finishes, including a rest room to the small office portion. Estimated cost range of contract is between $100,000 and $200,000. Bid and performance bonds will be required.
