Addition and repair to Fuels Operations, Building 90337, Hurlburt Field, Florida. Work includes all labor, materials, tools, supervision and equipment necessary to demolish portions of the building, provide and install Exterior Insulation Finish System, standing seam metal roof, exterior finishes, and building addition. Also includes replacement of building interior and addition of walls, windows, doors, electrical, plumbing and HVAC systems. Includes interfacing with existing utilities and building systems and other work to make facility operational. There is a non-refundable charge of $40.00 for each solicitation package. The request and check must bear the solicitation number. Estimated magnitude of this project is between $250,000 and $500,000. This acquisition is unrestricted.
