Furnish all labor, supervision, supplies, and materials to perform all work required to construct a new second floor to Building 2 of the United States Department of Labor's Mine Safety and Health Administration in the Dallas Pike Industrial Park, Industrial Park Boulevard, Triadelphia, West Virginia. The proposed new construction includes the furnishing and installing a 3,000 pound capacity 2-story hydraulic elevator, about 10,000 square feet of new offices complete with painted steel-studded/drywall ceiling-to-floor partitions, interior doors, H.V.A.C., electric, carpeting, acoustical tile ceilings, lighting, a stairwell meeting the Americans with Disabilities Act, and other usual finishes - 5,000 square feet on an existing concrete first floor and 5,000 square feet on a new second floor to be furnished and installed by the contractor within an existing open metal building with an eave height of 24 feet. Estimated cost range of contract is between $350,000 and $450,000. Bid and performance bonds will be required.
