Furnish all labor, supervision, supplies, and materials to perform all work required to construct a Class 1000 Clean Room in Room 116 of Building 0-38 at the Bruceton Research Center, Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. The proposed work consists of furnishing, installing, and certifying performance of a preengineered modular Class 1000 clean room, about 15 feet by 11 feet in plan and about 8 feet high within an existing 20 feet by 15 feet room, about 11 1/2 feet high. The clean room shall have its own air conditioning and humidity control unit, maintaining the clean room temperature at 72 degrees F, plus or minus 2 degrees F and clean room humidity at 50%, plus or minus 5%. The existing room's heating and ventilation system must be modified to serve the remaining portion of the existing room and to accommodate the installation of the modular clean room. Estimated cost range of contract is between $50,000 and $100,000. Bid bond will be required.
