The repairs include the addition of an outdoor air system, replacing a 70 ton chiller, adding a supplemental duct heater, installing a ventilation system, replacing window air conditioning units with a DX split central system, and replacing multiple window air conditioning units with roof top package units. The estimated value of the work is between $100,000.00 and $250,000.00. The Standard Industrial Classification Code (SIC) is 1711. The industry size standard is $7 million. The solicitation is scheduled for issuance on or about 15 August 1996. This acquisition is unrestricted.
