The proposed repairs include the furnishing and installing of replacement metal siding, a replacement roof system, replacement windows, a new 2-story stair tower including stairs that meet the Americans with Disabilities Act, and removing and disposing of off of Government property an overhead door and covering the opening with a metal cutain wall. Estimated cost range of contract is between $200,000 and $400,000. Bid and performance bonds will be required.
