Work consists of a) The clearing and grading for the construction of SWM ponds 1, 4, 5, and 7. b) The installation of all proposed drainage utilities and appurtenances and modifications to existing utilities. c) Landscaping for the surrounding areas and wet lands. Estimated range of the proposed project is $1,000,000.00 to $5,000,000.00. All work shall be completed 365 calendar days after receipt of Notice to Proceed. The Contractor will be required to submit a Quality Control Plan and Technical Proposal with his offer. The proposed project is unrestricited. All interested and qualified sources should, as earlier as possible, but not later than 15 days of this notice, request a copy of specifications and drawings by submitting a cashier/certified check for $50.00 (nonrefundable) made out to the ''Defense Accounting Office''.
