Plans and Specifications will be available on 26 August 1996. Bid Opening Date is 23 September 1996. A limited number of bid packages will be available and issued on a first come first serve basis. No charge will be made for the first set of specifications available to each requestor. Estimated cost range $1,000,000 - $5,000,000. Contract performance period is 120 calendar days.
