The Federal Bureau of Prisons has a requirement for installation of a complete, supervised automatic wet pipe sprinkler system throughout four buildings at the United States Medical Center for Federal Prisoners at Springfield, Missouri, (USMCFP) as well as raising existing ceiling sprinkler heads in the gym to no more than 18'' from the ceiling. The magnitude of construction is 250,000 to 500,000. A pre-bid is tentatively scheduled for September 4, 1996 at 9:00 a.m. in the visiting room at USMCFP. This is a small business set-aside.
