Provide labor, supervision, materials and equipment to furnish and install a new hot water boiler to replace the existing steam connection. Work shall include all necessary demolition work, new mechanical room doors and louvers, new flue through existing chimney, piping and insulation, connection to the existing building HVAC direct digital controls system, all environmental permits for the boiler operation, system start up and testing by a manufacturer-s representative, manufacturer-s certification that all equipment is installed correctly and operating properly, operation and maintenance manuals, as-built drawings, manufacturer-s equipment warranty, and one year warranty on all work. The contract performance period shall be 60 days after receipt of the Notice to Proceed. The project has an estimated cost between $25,000 and $100,000. The proposed contract is 100% set aside for small business concerns. All responsible small businesses may submit a bid which shall be considered by the agency.
