The government intends to negotiate a firm fixed price type contract with Harris RF Communications Division, 1680 University Avenue, Rochester, NY 12610. Solicitation to be issued approximately 24 August 1996. The supplies are required by the Fleet Information Warfare Center, Naval Amphibious Base Little Creek, Norfolk, Virginia.
