covering Commercial items will be modified to incorporate clause
I-FSS-164-C, option to extend the term of the contract. All contracts
under this multiple award schedule Solicitation will include an option
to extend the term of the contract. When the option to extend the term
of the contract is exercised, all extended contracts will become
indefinite-delivery, indefinite-quantity contracts with 100 dollar
guaranteed minimum for the optionperiod. Open Season solicitations will
be issued annually during the remainder of this contract. Offers for
identical product lines that are currentlyawarded, will be considered
only during this third open Season. Offerors may submit their request
for a copy of the Solicitation by FAX or mail NO later than 11/15/96.
I-FSS-125, requirments exceeding the maximum order and related clauses
which implement the new maximum order provisions are incorporated. To
assist the customer agencies to determine when they should seek a
pricedecrease, a level caled a maximum order will be established under
each contract. When an agency order exceeds this amount, It is
recommended that the agency contact the vendor for a reduced price. The
vendors will not be obliged to accept these orders in accordance with
FAR 52.216-19. I-FSS-599, electroniccommerce-Federal acquisition
network (facnet), and related clauses which implement GSA advantage are
also incorporated (GSA will use this facnet system to receive price
lists and send purchase orders). Resulting contracts will be FOB origin
to the 48 contiguous States and Washington DC. Contract period is
September 1, 1997, or date of award, whichever is later through August
31, 2002.30 DARO requested. Special item Numbers (SINS) 192-37B,
