Coveralls must have convertible collar, two-way heavy duty; matching zipper with 1-1/2'' - 2'' protective fly over zipper; two rust proof snaps at front top, one located 1-1/2'' - 2'' above zipper and one at neckline. Zipper must extend to 2-1/2'' - 4'' of crotch seams and 7'' - 8-1/2'' of neckline. All seams must be double stitched, bartacking at vital points of stress. Three patch pockets, one each hip and top left front. Additional patch pocket for top right front is acceptable. Front top pocket to measure 5-1/2'' - 6-1/4'' wide x 6-1/2'' - 7-1/4'' inches long. Two back pockets located 2-1/2'' - 3-1/4'' measured from bottom of waistband and centered on each hip. Two inserted lower front side pockets for access to inner garment.
