PR-NO: Prdscr-09 the DLA premium service system is currently in operation as a Government owned contractor operated (GOCO) facility in Memphis, TN. Services are required to transition this operation to a contractor owned contractor operated (coco) facility and acontractor distribution service. The DLA premiumservice system will allow users to position materials in this facility for expedited delivery to the required destinations worldwide. The contractor shall provide the services necessary to receive, store, issue and deliver items from the coco facility to any location within the continental US (CONUS) in 24 hours and toserviced airport locations outside of CONUS (oconus) within 48 hours of the receipt of an order. Contract will be awarded for a one year period with the option to extend the terms of the contract for four additional years. Government contemplates awarding a best value contract using source selection method. It is the government'S intention to conduct a preproposalconference after issuance of the Solicitation.
