The provider shall be certified in neuropathology, cytopathology, hematopathology, pulmonary, gastroenterology and dermatopathology. The services will be required on a 24 hour/7 day a week basis. The contract term will be (1) year with a Government option to extend the term of the contract (4) additional years.
