The Center for Mental Health Services (CMHS) requires services to develop training and technical assistance materials to be used by all fifty states which shall address changes occurring under managed care through the developement of a strategic plan for future action in psychology services and training and engaging key stakeholders in the process. The Program Support Center intends to negotiate on behalf of CMHS on a sole source basis with the American Psychological Association, 750 First Street, N.E., Washington, DC 20002.
